This community engagement activity aimed to strengthen santri technical skills and self-reliance orientation through fruit plant cutting training based on Asset-Based Community Development at Manbaul Ulum Putri Islamic Boarding School, Banjar Regency. The activity was conducted on 4 September 2026 through asset identification, vegetative propagation instruction, demonstration, hands-on practice, reflection, and evaluation. Evaluation used ten Likert-scale statements (1–5) from 21 questionnaires; one response to the first item was missing, resulting in 209 valid item responses. The overall mean was 4.08 out of 5 with an 81.63% score index; 76.56% of responses were Agree or Strongly Agree, with no negative responses. Hands-on practice received the highest score (4.57), while entrepreneurial interest and productive use of the skill each scored 3.71. The training was effective for technical learning, but entrepreneurial orientation requires follow-up mentoring.
